We shared Simon Bostock’s talk on ‘ExperienceOps’ last week – one of the sessions from our recent EE Associates conference.

Now it’s the turn of Mairead O’Connor, who stepped up to share an engaging viewpoint on how to develop a product from a promising prototype into a fully-fledged live release. Likening the product to a growing human, she took a close look at those “awkward teenage years” – and reminded us that even the most awkward of teenagers has the potential to grow into a well-adjusted adult (with the right care and attention).
