Event Description

A CIO roundtable on scaling AI enablement with confidence

When AI reduces the cost of execution, the constraint shifts from building to deciding. Approval bottlenecks, misaligned funding cadence, and governance structures designed for slower cycles become visible faster, and at greater cost.

This roundtable brings together CIOs and senior IT leaders from large enterprises to examine where AI enablement actually breaks down, which structural signals to watch for, and how organizations that get this right are scaling AI without sacrificing control. Practical, peer-level, and deliberately off the record.

What we’ll explore

This is a closed roundtable in Nürnberg for enterprise CIOs, bringing together senior leaders to discuss what it actually takes to scale AI in complex organisations — beyond the pilot, beyond the hype.

We’ll explore three questions that matter right now:

  • Where is AI exposing the real constraints in your delivery system?
  • How do you know when your organisation is ready to accelerate — and when it isn’t?
  • What does sustainable AI enablement actually look like at enterprise scale?

A framework for confident acceleration

Our speakers will introduce a practical framework for reading the signals inside your organisation — identifying where flow breaks down, where decisions pile up, and where AI can genuinely accelerate delivery versus where it will amplify existing problems.

The core principle: change doesn’t have to be a big bet. The framework guides leaders through small, deliberate, and reversible experiments — building AI capability in proportion to confidence, so that each move generates real learning before the next one is made. The goal is momentum that compounds, not risk that accumulates.

The ideas presented here have been shaped through experience across multiple large-scale delivery environments, including regulated financial services, telecommunications, and retail. You can download the ‘AI in the SDLC Transformation’ whitepaper to learn more before the event.
