Equal Experts is joining Data Berlin

Data Berlin brings together people who build with data in Berlin to share what they’re learning. On 3rd of November, we’re joining them at Statista for “Wake Me Up When The LLM Is Done”, an evening of three talks on AI and data, followed by plenty of time to talk.

The event is hosted by Data Berlin. Register via Luma.

Our Principal Consultant Ed Heretsch is one of the speakers, and a few of us from the Germany team will be in the room too.

We’d love to see you there.

Ed’s talk: the exponential data organisation

Agentic engineering makes engineers more productive, but that’s only the first step. Ed looks at what comes next: from one productive engineer, to an agentic engineering team, to an agentic value delivery pipeline that includes analysts and business colleagues.

His argument is that the compounding value comes from capturing more than the questions people ask. It comes from capturing why they ask them, and the strategic context behind them. Feed that back into the agents, and each interaction informs the next.

Fair warning from Ed: you may leave with more questions than answers. That’s what the networking hour is for.

 About Ed

Ed Heretsch Ed Heretsch is a Principal Consultant at Equal Experts. He has spent almost 30 years working across software, data and AI. Along the way, he has been lucky enough to work with many people who shared ideas on better ways of building and delivering value through technology. Now, as a Principal Consultant at Equal Experts, he passes that on, helping others connect engineering, architecture, product and strategy.

Ed hopes this talk will start a conversation where everyone in the room learns something they can apply to how they build.
