Supplier Code of Conduct
Purpose
At Equal Experts, we expect our suppliers to demonstrate professional standards and follow sustainable and ethical business practices. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out our minimum standards and expectations from all suppliers across our global network.
By working with Equal Experts, suppliers agree to uphold these principles across their operations and supply chains.
Ethical Business Practices
Suppliers must:
- Conduct business ethically, with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
- Prohibit all forms of corruption, bribery, money laundering, fraud, extortion, and embezzlement.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country you operate, as well as those in our agreements.
- Respect intellectual property rights and protect confidential information.
Human Rights and Labour Practices
Suppliers must:
- Respect the human rights and dignity of all people.
- Prohibit the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour, and child labour.
- Ensure fair working conditions, including working hours, wages, and benefits, and comply with appropriate labour laws within the country you operate.
- Uphold the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment, actively managing occupational health and safety risks.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Suppliers must:

- Encourage equal opportunity in employment and advancement.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must:
- Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
- Strive to minimise environmental impacts by improving energy efficiency, reducing waste, promoting recycling, and responsibly managing natural resources.
Social Value and Community Engagement
Suppliers are encouraged to:
- Support local communities through employment, training, and community investment.
- Promote skills development and access to employment opportunities, particularly for underrepresented groups.
Supply Chain Responsibility
Suppliers are encouraged to:
- Cascade these standards to their own suppliers and subcontractors and work towards building a responsible supply chain.
Compliance
- Equal Experts reserves the right to assess supplier compliance with this Code of Conduct.
- Suppliers must cooperate with reasonable requests for information, audits, or assessments.
- Failure to meet the expectations outlined in this Code may result in corrective actions or termination of the business relationship.

Suppliers are encouraged to raise concerns or potential breaches of this Code, confidentially and without fear of retaliation, by contacting incidents@equalexperts.com.
