He focuses on building technical capabilities and embedding DevSecOps practices, so teams can deliver securely without slowing down.

Dave Sammut, Head of Architecture for Europe, Equal Experts

Dave remains a hands-on software architect and consultant. He works with organisations to navigate complex technology decisions across legacy modernisation, domain-driven design, AI-assisted delivery and organisational design, with a focus on reducing risk, improving adaptability and turning technical complexity into practical action.
