With more than fifteen years of hands-on experience in the delivery of large-scale enterprise systems, Thomas has taken on a variety of roles, from Developer, to Business Analyst to Project and Programme Manager. However, it was a chat about the agile approach with Ward Cunningham in the early '00's that changed Thomas' world for the better and he has since been able to drastically increase his customers' satisfaction by applying agile principles.

Looking for more efficient structures to do business, Thomas founded Equal Experts - a consultancy based on leveraging a network of like-minded independent consultants. With a more motivated workforce and lower fixed costs, Thomas believes Equal Experts can offer more bang for the buck to its Customers than regular consultancies.

Thomas has recently been coaching a software product company in how to improve their software development process to reduce time to market and total cost of ownership.

Thomas spent a large portion of his career at Thoughtworks, a global IT consultancy that is a recognized world expert in bespoke large scale software development, including agile and highly distributed teams.
