Manish is an experienced software developer, technical architect and consultant. His focus is using agile software development processes to build enterprise systems in the finance and banking sectors. Manish connected with the agile movement whilst consulting with ThoughtWorks, a world-leader in the use of agile practices for bespoke software development. He has been guided by these values ever since and has successfully implemented them in several large-scale systems.

Manish has 15 years experience in building enterprise systems for global and multi-national companies, including General Motors, Dixons Stores Group, Dresdner Kleinwort and Royal Bank of Scotland. His commercial experience extends to software houses, dot com companies and consulting organisations such as Systems Union Group, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and ThoughtWorks.
