Manish is an experienced software developer, architect and consultant. His focus has been building mission-critical and enterprise-class systems in the finance, telecommunications and automotive sectors. Manish connected with the agile movement whilst consulting with ThoughtWorks, a world-leader in the use of agile practices for bespoke software development. He found the values of agile to be very much in line with his own thinking and has successfully implemented them in several large-scale systems.

Manish has 15 years experience in designing object-oriented and component-based systems for global and multi-national companies, including General Motors, Hong Kong Telecom, Dixons Stores Group, and Dresdner Kleinwort. His commercial experience extends to software houses, dot com companies and consulting organisations such as Systems Union Group, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and ThoughtWorks.
