Our offshore centre in Pune, India, has been a highly successful part of our business since 2010.

Our base in India has grown at a strong and steady pace since its inception, helping us to provide a cost-effective way of managing project delivery costs without compromising on quality.

While offshoring a project delivery provides a compelling cost-saving on paper, there is an inherent risk associated with distributed delivery that, if not managed correctly, can significantly increase the risk of a project failing. Over the past 9 years, we have learnt through practical experience how to successfully adapt our agile practices and approach to address these issues. This has enabled us to successfully engage in a number of multi-year distributed projects, over a number of geographic locations.

Our like-minded team in Pune enables us to be much more than just an offshore partner. Our team works closely with – and complements – our onsite teams, while always providing better value for money.
